Good to meet everyone

Hello. This is Adam Larck. I’m a junior journalism major at Eastern. I’ve had other blogs I’ve maintained on this site, but now I work for a website called 411mania updating daily about news and reviews in the gaming world.

This is pretty much why I love journalism, actually. I can write about what I love and get paid for it. Journalism also gives me a different way to get my voice heard by more people then would ever actually know me. Which, although I shouldn’t hate my voice, I’d really rather write than talk.

Dan Cusack

My name is Dan Cusack and I am a sophomore journalism major from Evergreen Park, Ill.  I work on the sports staff for The Daily Eastern News.  I hope to gain experience in a number of different mediums in my time at Eastern Illinois. The business is not just about writing now, but using video, podcasts and the internet.

Travel Journalism

I’m a junior journalism major with a concentration in writing and reporting. I’ve just recently discovered my passion for features. After I graduate I want to go to grad school. I think my dream job would involve a travel magazine and traveling the world. I love to travel.

I’m a journalism major. I love to write. After I graduate college I plan to do some freelance writing and hopefully someday write a book or two.
